INGREDIENTS for 70 cookies
● 300 ml Olive Oil
● 850 gr of wheat flour
● 125 gr sugar
● 300 ml orange juice
● 1x teaspoon of baking powder
● 3x teaspoons of vanilla powder
● 1x table spoon of cinnamon
● Orange or lemon zest
INSTRUCT
1. Mix all the liquids with sugar in a bowl
2. Add the rest of the ingredients in the mix
3. Mold everything into a dough
4. Roll the dough flat and use cookie moulds of your choice
5. Place the cookies in a baking tray with baking paper under them
6. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20min until golden brown
